But these are just raw ideas, and raw ideas are useless without execution. You must turn your ideas into real characters and a real story before they'll be any use to anybody.. 305. Knows many facts in his expertise, and always corrects everyone else. But where does one get ideas to make a deep, interesting character? All writers struggle sometimes to find the right character traits. The good news is that character traits are just ideas, and ideas are incredibly easy to come by. Once you know how to find them, you can have as many character ideas as you want, because raw ideas are a dime a dozen.
